Can I order using any other methods?
We currently only accept payment via Paypal or bank deposit (if you are within Australia). We are always happy to help so if you really really wish to purchase a PouchMISS and cannot use Paypal, please contact us using the numbers below and you may be able to do an international bank deposit.

Can you gift-wrap my gift for me?
All PouchMISS deliveries are already wrapped with love for you! If you wish to send it to someone and add a special message, then please just send us a message once you have gone through the checkout process and we can certainly accommodate.

How long before I receive my order?

The standard delivery times is between 3 and 14 days. If you are in a hurry and need to receive your order earlier, please email us at pebblesros@bigpond.com and we will try and arrange a faster delivery for you.

 

Can I get the gift delivered to a different address?
If you would like your order to be sent to a recipient other than yourself, please just add those details into the section 'Delivery Address'.

What payment methods do you accept?
At present we accept Paypal (where you can use your Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard) and Direct Deposit (EFT) within Australia.
You can use our secure online ordering page and checkout if you wish to pay via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.

Delivery

 

My items have arrived damaged – what do I do?
We take extreme pride in ensuring that our items are packed and sent with extreme care, but if you do receive an item you believe to be faulty, then please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the problem.
We will do our best to swiftly address the situation on receiving and verifying the fault.

 

Where do you deliver and do you ship Internationally?
We deliver all over Australia and some countries internationally.  Just enter your address on checkout.   If you need any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us!

 

 

 

Exchanges and Refunds

 

Please note that all sales are final. In the event that your item is faulty or does not live up to your expectations, we will gladly exchange it for you within 30 days and upon return of the faulty item. All charges will be refunded (for faulty items only). Shipping charges will not be refunded for change-of-mind purchases.
